Five free days to turn your app idea into a prototype you can tap through, a Scope of Work and a fixed-price proposal.

Why we built it

Most app ideas do not stall because the idea is bad. They stall in the gap between the idea and a decision. It is hard to picture what the app will feel like, hard to know what it should cost, and hard to commit a budget to something you cannot see yet.

Build Week closes that gap. In five days you see your app working on your phone, you know exactly what your MVP includes, and you have a fixed price for building it. Then you decide.

How the week works

Our team works on your idea for the full week. You join a few short calls, about two and a half hours in total.

• Monday. Kickoff call. Your goal, your users and the one flow worth building first.
• Tuesday. We sketch the flow and design the key screens. You pick the direction.
• Wednesday. We build the prototype in code.
• Thursday. We apply your feedback and write the Scope of Work and estimate.
• Friday. A live demo on your phone, a walk through the scope, and your proposal.

Over the weekend, show the prototype to three to five people you want as users. We give you the questions to ask, so you start the next conversation with real feedback instead of guesses.

What you leave with

• A prototype you can tap through. The core flow of your app, three to five key screens in real design, built in code and running on your phone.
• A Scope of Work for your MVP. Every feature your MVP needs, written so an engineer can build it, plus a Phase 2 list for everything that can wait.
• A fixed-price proposal. Our pricing is scope-based, not hourly, so you know the cost and the timeline before you commit.

If you build with us: the Launch Bundle

An app that launches to nobody is a hard start. So when you sign, the Launch Bundle starts the same week, not on launch day.

• A launch strategy session. We work through who you are launching to, where to reach them and what your App Store page needs to say.
• A website with a waitlist. A marketing site that goes live early in your build and collects signups while we build the app. It runs on an editor you own, so you can change it yourself.
• Site care on request. Rather not learn the editor? Ask for a change in plain words, approve the preview, and our team makes it live.

By launch day, your app has people waiting for it.

Build Week is for founders getting ready to raise or to build, business owners with an app idea and a budget set aside for it, and teams who have talked about an app for months and want a real plan and a real number.

We run a limited number of Build Weeks each month, because each one gets our team's full attention for five days. We ask that a decision-maker joins the Monday, Thursday and Friday calls.

How we work

Bolder Apps has built mobile and web apps from Miami since 2019. Your project manager is your point of contact from kickoff to launch, with our engineers building in-house and no account manager in between. Pricing is fixed and based on scope, and what you pay for is yours.
