Which AI model do you use?

We pick per feature. We build on OpenAI GPT models and Anthropic Claude, and often wire one as the primary and the other as a fallback so a provider outage does not take the feature down.

How do you control AI costs?

We set usage limits by plan, choose smaller models where they are good enough, and estimate the monthly model cost by user tier during scoping.

Is user data used to train the models?

We use the providers' business APIs, which by default do not train on API data, and we keep conversation history in your own database.
