The AI Accelerator Build

The full build, 30 to 50% faster. Same scope, same bar, fewer weeks.

Agents execute. Senior engineers pilot and approve. Discovery compresses from weeks to days. The speed comes from removing the parts of agency delivery that were never the work, not from lowering the bar.

Who this is built for

Startups racing a window

The market opening won't wait for a traditional timeline, and right now every week has a price.

Teams graduating from a sprint

Your 4-Week Launch Sprint validated. The Accelerator carries the same codebase forward into the full product.

Buyers comparing quotes

Same scope, fewer delivery weeks. When timelines are money, the delivery model is the real line item.

Where the speed actually comes from

Four specific mechanisms, none of them a cut corner.

Discovery

Days, not weeks

AI-assisted scoping compresses discovery into focused working sessions. You spend the saved weeks building instead of workshopping.

Build

Agents execute, engineers pilot

Implementation runs through AI agents directed and reviewed by senior engineers. The judgment stays human; the typing doesn't have to.

Stack

Proven parts, no reinvention

Flutter, Firebase, Supabase, and RevenueCat: a stack we've shipped repeatedly, so infrastructure decisions take hours, not sprints.

Communication

Direct to Dev

You talk to the senior engineer building your product. Questions resolve in minutes, scope calls in hours, and no update meeting stands between you and progress.

What every Accelerator includes

  • End-to-end delivery, strategy, design, build, QA, App Store submission, and 4 weeks of post-launch support.
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before the build starts. Speed never becomes an excuse for a moving number.
  • Full ownership, code, design, and infrastructure are yours. No lock-in, no license-back.
  • Senior review on every change, AI accelerates the work; an engineer approves it before it ships. Speed, with a senior signature on it.

Questions we get

Is "30 to 50% faster" real or marketing?
It's the difference the delivery model is built to produce against our own Production Build process, and it's why this engagement exists as a separate offer. More useful than any percentage: your scoping session states the timeline for your project specifically, and that number is the one that binds.
Does AI-built mean lower quality?
The quality bar is identical to our Production Build: senior engineers review and own every change, and QA runs the same. What changes is how fast implementation moves under them.
When is this the wrong choice?
Heavy compliance, deep legacy integration, or an environment where every dependency needs security review: that's Production Build territory, and we'll say so in scoping. The Accelerator is for modern products on modern infrastructure.
What does it cost?
Custom to scope, fixed after discovery. Our project range is $30K to $250K+ with most builds between $35K and $50K; compressed timelines shift where the money goes, not how it's decided. For calendar context: our Production Builds typically run 12 to 16 weeks, and the Accelerator exists to take meaningful weeks off comparable scope. Your scoping session gives you the binding number.
