Theobjective was to create a high-performance app that delivers seamless scheduling, secure payments, andefficient communication for both users and service providers.

Urban Massage is a UK based on-demand wellness service provider, offering users the convenience ofbooking professional massage therapists directly to their homes, offices, or hotels. They aim to makewellness accessible by allowing users to easily book a wide variety of massage treatments through theirmobile app.

  • We designed an intuitive booking flow where users can easily select their preferred treatment type, desired date and time, and location.
  • The app provides a seamlessbooking experience, allowing customers toschedule appointments with just a few taps.

Therapist Selection

  • Users are given the option to choose from a list of available therapists based on location, reviews, and specializations.
  • The therapist profiles display their qualifications, ratings, and past customer feedback, enabling informed decisions when booking

Real-Time Availability and Scheduling

  • We integrated real-time scheduling features, allowing users to see therapist availability instantly.
  • The app dynamically updates based on the therapistsʼ schedules, ensuring that only available slots are shown, minimizing booking conflicts.

In-App Payment Integration

  • We implemented in-app payment processing with multiple payment options, including credit cards and mobile wallets, allowing users to securely complete their transactions without leaving the app.
  • Secure, seamless payment was a key requirement for Urban Massage.
